[Help] Pokemon Kaizo Blue EV values

Hello Everyone, I'm currently playing the famous pokemon blue kaizo, however it seems that in this rom hack, your pokemons never receive any stats experiance or EVs from defeating other pokemons. I rly wanted to change this thing in the rom, revert it to normal values. Anyone that can help me on how I can do this or shed some light in the situation? Thanks for your time!
